License Agreement

1. Scope

This License Agreement applies to n1d content and resources made available through the Services. It supplements the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this License Agreement and a separate written agreement signed by n1d, the separate written agreement controls for the covered product, plan, cohort, team account, or enterprise purchase.

This License Agreement does not apply to your User Content, third-party content, open-source materials, or services that are governed by separate licenses or policies.

2. License grant

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service, this License Agreement, and any applicable purchase or plan rules, n1d grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use n1d content for your own learning and professional development.

This license does not transfer ownership of n1d content. n1d and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Personal learning and professional use

You may use n1d content to learn, practice, build portfolio work, prepare for interviews, improve your individual workflows, and apply concepts in your own professional work.

You may adapt templates, worksheets, examples, prompts, and code samples for your personal projects, portfolio practice, job-search materials, and individual professional workflows, unless a resource states different rules.

4. Downloadable resources

Some n1d content may be downloadable. Downloading a resource does not give you ownership of that resource or permission to redistribute it. You may store reasonable personal copies for your own permitted use while your access is active.

If your subscription, account, or access ends, you may continue using work product you created with permitted resources, but you may not continue accessing paid Services or downloading restricted n1d content unless you regain authorized access.

5. Code samples and examples

Code samples, SQL snippets, formulas, prompts, and technical examples are provided for educational use. You may adapt them for personal learning, portfolio practice, and individual professional workflows.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and validating any code, query, prompt, workflow, or technical recommendation before using it in a real environment.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, share, publish, post, upload, resell, sublicense, livestream, or redistribute n1d content except as expressly allowed
  • Package n1d templates, worksheets, downloads, prompts, examples, or course materials as standalone products or training materials
  • Use n1d content to create, train, benchmark, or improve a competing learning product without written permission
  • Share account access, bypass access controls, or help others access paid content without authorization
  • Remove proprietary notices, watermarks, attribution, or usage restrictions
  • Scrape, crawl, bulk download, archive, index, or systematically extract n1d content
  • Record, reproduce, or distribute n1d videos, transcripts, lessons, exercises, or live sessions without written permission
  • Misrepresent n1d content as your own original course, curriculum, resource library, or commercial training product

7. Team and organization use

If an organization purchases access for you, your use may also be subject to that organization's plan, policies, and agreement with n1d. Unless n1d agrees otherwise in writing, organization access does not allow internal redistribution, company-wide training reuse, or copying n1d content into another learning system.

8. User content

You retain ownership of your User Content. If you submit assignments, comments, prompts, feedback, files, or other content through n1d, your rights and n1d's rights to use that content are described in the Terms of Service.

Do not upload or submit materials you do not have permission to use.

9. Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, ideas, corrections, or improvement requests, you allow n1d to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Third-party and open-source materials

n1d content may refer to or include third-party tools, datasets, libraries, services, or open-source materials. Those materials may be governed by separate licenses, policies, or provider rules. You are responsible for complying with any third-party terms that apply to your use.

11. AI-assisted materials

Some n1d content or features may use AI-assisted workflows. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-assisted materials before relying on them.

You may not use AI-enabled features or outputs in ways that violate this License Agreement, the Terms of Service, law, or third-party rights.

12. Reservation of rights

n1d content is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for the limited license described here, no rights are granted by implication, waiver, estoppel, or otherwise.

13. Termination

n1d may suspend or terminate your license if you violate this License Agreement, the Terms of Service, plan rules, payment obligations, law, or third-party rights. Upon termination, you must stop accessing and using restricted n1d content.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and remedies.
